UTAH

A couple of weeks ago I spent 2 weeks in Utah visiting family and friends. I mainly went to babysit my sweet little nieces for a week so my sister and her husband could go on vacation to Puerto Rico. Needless to say, it was hard. Especially while pregnant. I don't know how anyone can be a single mom to 3 kids, or more. Like I can't. So so so difficult. Don't get me wrong, we definitely had a lot of fun, especially Charlie! Sure miss Utah and living close to family!

We had lots of donut trips

I celebrated my birthday in Utah, without Chris. He did send me these though of my birthday. He's so silly.
My family took me out to Happy Sumo and then out to see Age of Adeline. So good! Except I barfed at the restaurant. eek!

 Dinosaur museum

 Duck pond

 Hokulia!

 Hans boy!
 Tulip Festival!

Our good friends Erica and Benson!

On our way back to Kansas, I had a flight with a layover in Denver. Our flight got delayed 2 hours and so I had to reschedule since I would miss my connecting flight. I rerouted to Pheonix that night, spent the day with my in-laws, and then flew to Kansas the next day. They were so excited that we were coming on such short notice. Charlie sure is spoiled over there.

In case you haven't heard the news, I'm pregnant! We are expecting our second child in November! And I find out the gender in a month! I seriously cannot wait!

Charlie's Easter 2015

For some reason, I only took video this year and not any pictures. Maybe because video is cuter? And I was either in my pjs or looked gross? Yea, that's it. Anyways, this year was a ton of fun with my toddler boy. He was obsessed with finding eggs around the house! Sometimes I would just hide them for fun with nothing in them and he loved to look for them. It's probably his favorite game! Sure love my Charlie boy during the Holidays!

Charlie's 2nd Birthday

This kid had so much fun on his 2nd birthday! We started the day at the zoo with friends and the weather was perfect! And Charlie was obsessed with the lion and elephant, as usual. He loves all animals! Then we visited Daddy at work for lunch. We ended the night with cake and presents at our house while face timing family. Charlie got a super cute rocking horse from the Guinns and a lego train set from the Richards. He is obsessed with both. For real. Perfect gifts! I sure love this age, Charlie is so fun to play with and entertain. I love going out everyday and doing kid things with him. Toddlers are the best! Other than those not-so-fun toddler tantrums, but thankfully Charlie doesn't have too many of those (knock on wood). He is finally starting to talk more and more within the last week. He is trying to say new words all of the time, even though half the time I have no idea what he is saying, I am just so proud that he's trying! My baby isn't a mute! Woo!

Happy Birthday my gorgeous munchkin!

St. Patrick's Day

I've never celebrated St. Patrick's day before. I never wear green because I don't own anything green. But Kansas, sure does love St. Patrick's Day! They had a giant parade and the kids absolutely loved it! Charlie was a bit scared though when motorcycles would drive by because they are very loud. But he was pointing at all of the cars and horses and everything. We had a blast!

This kid is OBSESSED with lollipops! It is his absolute favorite candy.
